Job Description:
Knowledge of applications in R&D Discovery area.
Experienced on n-tier software support.
Skills in database, such as Oracle PL/SQL.
The work is to support applications, troubleshoot issues and undertake minor enhancements.
Support for application migrations, testing, coordination of applications, user training and equipment installation and configuration.
Able to coordinate with IT team, business and end users and lead a project migration according to the plan.
Document processes by using standard methods, formats, and tools to create process documentation.
Works under only general direction. Independently develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed to determine if desired results and objectives have been achieved.
Plans and organizes non-routine tasks. Initiates or maintains work schedule. Establishes priorities of work assignments.

Job Title : Senior Business Analyst

Summary  :
Looking for a senior Business Analyst responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements through the use of use cases, mock up of solutions/reports and will assist in prioritization and document requirements trace ability.


Required Experience/Qualification:
· Minimum 5 years of requirements gathering and business analysis experience in a technology environment

· 5 years of experience developing Business Requirements Documents and Functional specifications.

· 2 years leadership experience.

· Experience using UML representation and use cases

· Proven track record working on large-scale projects to diverse stakeholders

· Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills

· Experience gathering requirements on data integration and business intelligence projects

· Experience facilitating requirements analysis sessions with large and diverse stakeholder groups


Desired Experience/Qualification:
· Technical/ software development background

· Demonstrated experience with Unified Process method of development

· Experience working on projects delivered in an educational environment

· Experience implementing systems using standard data exchange protocols

· Experience documenting use cases

· Experience creating requirements traceability matrices

· Experience relating requirements gathering to usability concepts


Work Site: Malden MA

Duration : 6 Months (37.5 Hrs/week)
